Thornton Invited to Address Conference in Nanning

Invited by China Ministry of Construction, Thornton representative CTO Bobby Babcock along with Director of Operations Alex Cai attended and spoke at the prestigious Waste to Energy Conference held in the City of Nanning, Guangxi Province.

Officials from the Ministry of Construction, Ministry of Environmental Protection and professors from prestigious universities as well as representatives from prominent companies such as Veolia and Suez attended this conference.

During the conference, CTO Babcock introduced Thornton's latest technology and new project pipeline of Waste to Energy Power Plants scheduled to be built in China.

In addition to addressing the issues of the conference, CTO Babcock presented numerous project affiliations for Waste Water Treatment as well as other projects Thornton's affiliates are involved with in the United States. Director of Operations Cai discussed Thornton’s strategy for building projects and alliances with China partners as well as the scope of services Thornton uniquely brings to the Sino market.

In conclusion CTO Babcock unveiled to those assembled the new "CL/T China Infrastructure Fund" that Thornton has developed in collaboration with China Life Insurance Group to assist in the rapidly growing Chinese market.
