Vice Mayor of Hangzhou Welcomes Thornton Delegation

Member of the Municipal Standing Committee and Executive Vice Mayor of Hangzhou city Mr. Yang Xubiao met Michael Lin, the CEO of Thornton and his colleagues. The Thornton delegation was introduced to the current development of Hangzhou's economy and society. Vice Mayor Yang mentioned that the subway project, comprehensive river improvement, sewage treatment and waste-to-energy plants were at the center of the city's construction plan in the future.

The two sides held in-depth discussions on the cooperation opportunities in Hangzhou. Thornton expressed keen interest in the future cooperation with Hangzhou city. Vice Mayor Yang also welcomed Thornton to invest in Hangzhou with their capital, advanced technology and rich management experience to further the city’s development.
