Thornton, Rosemont Solebury Capital and SLLF meet with Hainan Airlines

General Manager of Investment Banking Department for HNA Industrial Holding Co., Ltd, Mr. Huang Qijun and other senior HNA management met with Thornton/Rosemont Solebury Capital/SLLF delegation in HNA's Beijing Office.

Based on previous conversations, both parties held in-depth discussions on the potential collaboration opportunities in the future. The focus of discussion included infrastructure, logistics and fund businesses collaboration.

At the same time, Mr. Devon Archer, COO of Rosemont Solebury Capital, introduced his firm to the HNA team. Through this meeting, both parties deepened their understanding of each other and showed keen interest to work together in the future.

Chairman of HNA Group, Mr. Chen Feng hosted a welcome dinner for US guests in the evening. Mr. Chen introduced HNA Group to US guests and shared his insights and visions on the global economic situations. Mr. Steve Lakis invited Mr. Chen to join the upcoming 2008 SLLF Board Meeting in the US and also the 2009 Sino-US Summit in Beijing. Mr. Chen was pleased to receive the invitation.
