Mr. Bulger is co-founder and Chairman of Thornton. Mr. Bulger has many years of experience in local, state and federal government liaison and business development services and has worked on behalf of independent power producers, investor owned utilities, construction companies and commercial real estate corporations. Additionally, Mr. Bulger has over twenty years of experience in project development including energy projects that range in scope from 10 MW landfill gas-to-energy plants to 150 MW gas-fired peaking plants with LNG import facilities and real estate projects in and around the metro-Boston area.
Mr. Bulger is also on the boards of several non-profits and is active in the State Legislative Leaders Foundation (SSLF).
