Mr. Bauerly has over thirty-five years of management experience in heavy construction industry with direct management experience in building interstate highways, airports, along with other state, county, and commercial and private paving and concrete projects.

Together with his five brothers, Mr. Bauerly’s company experienced vast growth and expanded to over 800 employees while managing in excess of $200 million cap-ex. They later sold their company to a large U.S. company. Mr. Bauerly is the founder and CEO of Bauerly International Ventures, which is actively involved in the successful establishment of over ten individual companies that concentrate on mining, infrastructure and renewable energy, focused mainly in Minnesota, the New England states as well as the countries of USA, Brazil and China. He is a graduate of St. Cloud State University, has numerous continuing education credits from various industry associations, and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Owner/President Management Program.
