Ms. Suffredini has over 16 years of experience in project finance transactions, financial advisory and investment banking. Ms. Suffredini has assisted in structuring and closing greenfield and brownfield projects within the transportation, infrastructure and real estate sectors. Prior to joining Thornton, Ms. Suffredini led the infrastructure originations effort in North America at WestLB AG, New York Branch. Given the global reach of many NA clients expanding into Asia, Ms. Suffredini proactively expanded the bank's scope and effort in the Chinese market. From 1993 – 2004 Ms. Suffredini worked at Bank of America/Fleet Bank and its predecessor Boston based banks engaged in structured and leveraged senior and subordinated debt transactions within a broad range of industries including transportation, infrastructure, energy, real estate, large corporate and leasing. Ms. Suffredini graduated from the School of Business at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Ms. Suffredini is a designated Charted Financial Analyst and member of the CFA Institute. In addition to serving as an investment professional at Thornton, Ms.Suffredini is also a Managing Partner at Global Resources & Infrastructure Partners LLC.
